At Keystone Village, we believe every adult deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, independence, and connection.
GEM Partners in Possibility is a community-driven individual partnership program designed to bring that vision to life for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in Forsyth County.
Why this matters -
There is a housing crisis for adults with disabilities. Many are living with aging parents or guardians. Keystone Village is being developed to provide an inclusive 8‑acre residential community - with apartments, walking paths, activity spaces, and 24/7 on‑site support—so that 90 adults with disabilities can live, thrive, and belong in a community close to home.Together, we can open the doors to possibility!

Make the donated land fully pad ready and accelerate vertical construction. Funds support sitework, accessibility features, and resident centered amenities that make independent living possible.
